(Toast)Master Chef Horst of Bistro Nuremberg Toastmasters took us through an extraordinarily delicious meeting on Monday!
For starters, we laughed at talking bar nuts, shared experiences dining out and spontaneously spoke about summer holidays.
The main course consisted of three wonderful entrees, and it was obligatory to sample each! Anna (pictured receiving her pin from President Peter) gave her Ice Breaker speech, telling us about discovering the real person in the mirror. Following that, Monika shared tips for enjoying a stress-free summer holiday in Nuremberg and Steve got us DISCo dancing to work off some of those calories.
The luscious dessert course was led by Sweet Chef Liz, where we got feedback on what parts of the speeches and meeting were very tasty and which parts could be improved to enhance the next dining experience at the Bistro.
Martina provided an elegant end to the evening with a poem from Robert Louis Stevenson.
